1.) Wire Hanging Hardware: --
Upgrading to wire hanging hardware for pieces that will hang alone, whether they are pieces in a Matte Black Metal Frame, Matte Black Wood Frame, Brush Satin Nickel (Silver) Metal Frame or a Gallery Wrapped Canvas Piece, is a nice upgrade for quickly hanging one piece.
HOWEVER, for multiple pieces that are intended to hang side by side by side, our recommendation is to stick with the standard method for the Metal Frames (the built-in track in the back of the frame). Because we're wiring these by hand, the tension we draw on the wire will inherently be different from frame to frame to frame, even if we measure out precisely the same length of wire, and anchoring position. Our inability to get the tension the same from frame to frame to frame will end up making the apex of the wire a different height from piece to piece to piece, WHICH, makes it harder to match top-lines of the pieces you want hanging side by side by side. The built-in track in the metal frames (or z-hanger for wood frames) is always going to be a fixed distance from the top-line of the frame, thus making it significantly easier to hang pieces along the same line.
