INTERNATIONAL Shipping & Delivery from Metroscap.com

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes. We can ship our pieces anywhere in the world we're allowed to ship them.

Without looking it up, I think the only places we can't ship pieces are Cuba, Iran, and probably North Korea. Other than those countries, we'd be happy to ship our artwork to you.

During the check-out process, enter your city state/province and postal code, and our shipping module will calculate the live shipping rates for delivery to your country. Please allow 18-24 business days for delivery. The shipment(s) must pass through your country's customs, and depending on how duties and taxes are levied your shipment will either be re-routed for delivery to your door step, OR will be routed to your nearest postal office or courier station for you to pick up in person. Tracking of international packages may not be available once the package leaves the United States (particularly for USPS Priority Mail International shipments). UPS shipments may continue tracking progress even overseas.

When will my INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT be delivered?

For USPS Priority Mail International, please allow 18-24 business days for delivery.

For UPS Worldwide Saver, please allow 12-18 business days for delivery.

Currency?

Our prices are always listed in US Dollars. Your bank will convert the US dollar price on our site to the transaction's day exchange rate for your currency to our US Dollar.

How will my PRINT-ONLY ship, flat or rolled?

Prints that are under 13" x 13" or under will ship flat.

Prints over 13" x 13" will ship rolled and in heavy duty cardboard tubes (the tube walls are 3/8" thick, and a 3" diameter). Larger prints, in the 30" by X" dimensions, ship in larger and thicker cardboard tubes to protect the print from damage, and a 6-8" diameter to protect from curling. The tubes for these pieces are also telescoping tubes, meaning that the already thick 1/4" cardboard walls, will be doubled up providing a heavy-duty cardboard wall protection of essentially 1/2" walls.

How do you package the large pieces for shipping?

With an extraordinary level of cushioning. We actually create a custom sized styrofoam crate. The photos below will do a better job explaining how our pieces ship, than this keyboard will, so i'm going to stop typing now.
